Terms

.) Space1999.org's Privacy Policy should be referenced for any privacy-related concerns.

.) A voiceover artist grants Space1999.org unlimited use of the content for publication within their Space1999.org imprint. Same with a joint release via partnership with Space1999.org and another web site. Once an artist agrees to allow Space1999.org (and any joint publishing partnerships with the Space1999.org imprint) the right to publish their work, the artist may not cancel said agreement.

All authors retain ownership of their original works. An audio recording does not grant ownership to any participants, including the voiceover artist, of the audio work or the eBook.

.) All audio work must available for free, non-commercial publication and distribution, granting our imprints the right to publish digital and hardcopy copies, including CD and DVD media. The voiceover artist agrees that any submission does not violate or impede upon their local laws.

.) All submissions are made with the understanding that completed work is being submitted for consideration by Space1999.org for publication.

.) Space1999.org retains the right of refusal to any submission or publication without notice at any time, including before, during or after publication.

.) Audiobook recordings are intended to be unabridged readings of a Space1999.org imprint eBook. Certain mis-pronunciations or omissions may occur during the recording. All parties involved will understand and accept this.

.) Ad-libbed audiowork is not permitted. The text of an eBook story must be followed as it is written.

.) Direction, including a script, may be provided by Space1999.org. Voiceover artists agree to follow the format provided.

.) All parties involved in the publication of an eBook and audiobook reading from the Space1999.org imprint are not entitled any payment or reimbursements of any kind. All work associated with this project is done voluntarily.

.) The name of the voiceover artist(s), author(s) and artist(s) involved will receive credit within the audiobook for their work.

.) Because authors own their content, voiceover artists may not re-issue audiobook recordings themselves.

.) Portions of the work may be used for advertising purposes, provided the imprints do so for non-commercial and not-for-profit purposes.

.) All published work is not officially licensed by the owners of the copyrights and trademarks. Space1999.org makes no claim to the "Space: 1999" licenses.

By submitting this form, I understand this is a free, volunteer, non-commercial, not-for-profit endeavor. I have throughly read, understood and agree to the content above, plus within the Overview, FAQ and eBook Development Kit, all hosted here on Space1999.org/ebooks. (If "no" to any of the above, then do not submit.)
